Chi Nourish Yoga

Not your typical yoga practice, with gentle and invigorating movements to get you out of your head and into your body. A combo of basic yoga fundamentals and other movement modalities to influence blood flow, bring synovial fluids to the joints, massage internal organs and increase range of motion.
