A life long learner, wellness enthusiast and passionate about Jui Jitsu, Luke melds a scientific functional, and holistic approach to his services. His health coaching focuses on personal empowerment towards a life of vibrancy and self-directed healing. A Dyamic Strength Training and Functional Movement Coach, Luke will get you connected and moving better in your body helping you to maximize your potential.

Steve can train you in boxing technique and also infuses this into training baseball players. He believes in the power of technique & dedication and that it contributes to a higher level of humility and spirituality.
