A certified yoga instructor and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, registered with the Yoga Alliance, and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy consists of a one hour assisted yoga experience that is uniquely your own. Your body is guided into gentle yoga poses. This is hands on bodywork, that is client centered and trauma informed. You are invited to speak about what you are experiencing physically, mentally and emotionally. Or you can choose to relax and give minimal feedback. Benefits include gentle muscle extension and flexion; fuller, more nourishing breath; deep relaxation, and a sense of wellbeing. There is a deeper awareness of what matters most to you right now. You will be invited to create action steps that will bring your insights into your daily life.
