Agreement Terms & Cancellation Policies

CLASSES

  • These purchases are for individual use and non transferable.

  • ALL IN MEMBERS agree to cancel the class 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $9 for adults and $7.50 for 65+/Students.

  • All single pass or multi-pass holders agree to cancel the class 12 hours in advance or payment will not be refunded / 1 pass will be deducted from your package.

  • Missed classes are not refundable.

  • Cancellations can be made via MindBody or info@thechihive.com.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

  • For these package types, payment is collected monthly from date of purchase. These Memberships have a minimum contract term of three months, and Membership continues to roll on a monthly basis after minimum term has expired.

  • All booking policies apply.

  • Members with a Monthly Membership may cancel their Membership after the minimum term however one must put in writing or email (info@thechihive.com) a request to cancel their auto renewal in order to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • We do not prorate.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

  • For these package types, full annual payment is required upfront, and the Membership will automatically renew at the end of the term.

  • No refunds are applicable for any portion of fees paid upfront, excluding the following circumstances: redundancy, permanent illness, permanent injury or other conditions deemed applicable under the discretion of The Chi Hive, Inc. preventing the participation in classes or gym usage, or other applicable conditions under the discretion of The Chi Hive, Inc. Valid documentation will be requested as proof in such circumstances.

  • All booking policies apply.

  • Cancellation for the following year can be given with advance written notice to info@thechihive.com up to 30 days before the end of the current term.
