What are your hours? 

Monday -Thursday 8a-7p

Saturday 830a-6p

  • Extended UNstaffed hours for “Gym Membership” and “All-In Membership” only: Monday-Sunday 530a -10p. Please see the front desk staff for a waiver, a walk-through of the protocols and to receive the entry code. 

Pricing

We do our best to accommodate all budgets. A client will never be turned away for lack of funds. We understand life can throw us curve balls and then some, however, your health and wellness journey should not suffer. Outside of our regularly set prices:

  • We offer a sliding scale which means you can pay in accordance with your income. Please reach out directly to susan@thechihive.com

  • We also offer for some of our workshops and classes a tiered pricing system that will be presented in our online registration and will be laid out as follows:

    • Pay It Forward (Pays for you + supports another)

    • Standard (Pays for you) 

    • Community Supported (Paid for by another community member)

Do you have showers?

We currently do not offer showers, but we do offer 3 bathrooms that can also be used as a changing-room and a place to freshen up post-workout.

Do I need to bring a mat or towel?

We offer a fully equipped movement and gym space that offers FREE mat usage and a variety of props you would need for our classes. Feel free to bring your own if you wish. 

Is there water available?

We offer water provided by Fox Ledge that is micro filtered and ozonated for purification. Fox Ledge water quality exceeds industry requirements.


How do I book a personal training session or therapeutic session?

Please reach out directly to our personal trainers and therapeutic practitioners. Their contact information is noted under each section.

Do you have lockers on site?

We have individual lockers for short-term use to store your items —please try to refrain from bringing coats and bags into the GYM Area. Use the designated hooks in our coat room for jackets, hats etc. 

What are your cancellation policies for classes and membership holders?

How do I cancel my membership?

How do class and gym packs work? 

Class and Gym Packs are good for up to one year. They are non-transferable, only for individual use, and can not be used by multiple people. 

Check-In 

  • Single pass holders and Class/Gym Pack holders, please check in with the front desk by either tapping into your class using the iPad on the counter or with staff working at the front desk. 

  • Gym Membership holders please sign in on the iPad on the wall using the phone number you used to create your account or with staff working at the front desk.

Community Accountability

  • Please wear clean sneakers in the gym, footwear is not allowed in the Main studio unless otherwise noted. 

  • Please clean all equipment you use with the sanitary supplies provided and neatly restore equipment, mats and props in order to maintain a clean and tidy space for all  to enjoy.

  • Please refrain from attending classes or using the gym if you are feeling unwell. 

  • Please remember to arrive in a timely manner so as to respect class start time. 

  • Note that to ensure proper air quality we do have Hepa air cleaners on site both in the main studio and in the gym.
